Field Application Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• ovide

  on-site technical support

  to customers across respective region and other assigned regions.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  
• Work closely with sales teams to support

  design-in

  and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct

  product demonstrations, samples evaluation, and technical training

  for customers.
• Assist customers in

  schematic reviews, PCB layout guidance, connector selection

  , and system integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during prototype, testing, and production stages.
  
• Support creation of

  application notes, product presentations, proposals, and BoMs

  .
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with R&D and product management.
  
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Attend

  industry exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of

  electronic components, connectors, PCB design, signal integrity

  , and mechanical fitment.
• Experience with OEM/EMS customers is preferred.
  
• Ability to read

  schematics, Gerber files, datasheets

  , and application drawings.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
  
• Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions.
