Role & responsibilities ovide on-site technical support to customers across respective region and other assigned regions. Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions. Work closely with sales teams to support design-in and achieve revenue targets. Conduct product demonstrations, samples evaluation, and technical training for customers. Assist customers in schematic reviews, PCB layout guidance, connector selection , and system integration. Troubleshoot technical issues during prototype, testing, and production stages. Support creation of application notes, product presentations, proposals, and BoMs . Gather customer requirements and coordinate with R&D and product management. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows . Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of electronic components, connectors, PCB design, signal integrity , and mechanical fitment. Experience with OEM/EMS customers is preferred. Ability to read schematics, Gerber files, datasheets , and application drawings. Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions.
