ZUVY Store, a product of BBV EDUP company, is a next-generation SaaS platform designed to power India's small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with AI-driven digital tools, regional language accessibility, and a human + tech hybrid adoption model. We enable merchants, agents, and customers to operate within one unified ecosystem encompassing advertising, CRM, inventory, payments, analytics, and logistics. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Agent located in Kanpur. The Field Agent will be responsible for providing field service, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and driving sales efforts. Daily tasks will include interacting with customers, training merchants on our platform, assisting with CRM and inventory management, and promoting ZUVY's digital tools to increase adoption and utilization among local merchants.

Qualifications

Field Service and Sales experience
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Training and educating merchants on digital tools
Ability to work independently and on-site in Kanpur
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and AI-driven tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
