The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Field Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end logistics of our on-ground activations. This role is critical for bridging the gap between planning and execution, requiring a professional who can secure necessary permissions, manage vendor terms, and ensure flawless implementation on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Event Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
• Identify and engage with necessary local authorities, venue managers, and other stakeholders to seek and secure all required permissions and NOCs for activations.
• Negotiate terms and costs with vendors, venues, and local partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Conduct thorough recces of proposed locations to assess feasibility and identify potential logistical challenges.
• On-Ground Execution & Management:
• Lead the setup, execution, and breakdown of brand activation events as per the planned guidelines.
• Manage on-ground logistics, staff, and vendors to ensure brand standards and operational timelines are met.
• Serve as the primary MarketMen point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Compile and submit detailed field reports: Document activation progress, footfall, consumer feedback, and on-ground insights.
• Submit real-time online reports with photos and videos to provide live updates to the head office.
• Ensure all activities comply with the agreed-upon terms with stakeholders and vendors.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Prior experience (2-4 years) in field operations, event logistics, or on-ground activation management.
• Proven experience in liaising with local authorities, vendors, and partners to secure permissions and negotiate contracts.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with mobile reporting tools and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on the field.
• A diploma or degree in any field is acceptable.
