Field Account Executive

Location: Pune Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Accounts Executive to manage on-site accounting, financial transactions, and client/vendor coordination. The role requires traveling to different sites, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company accounting policies. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting tasks related to site operations. Collect, verify, and record financial data such as vendor invoices, site expenses, and petty cash. Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills, vouchers, and receipts. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth financial transactions. Maintain accurate ledgers, cashbooks, and site-wise expense reports. Deposit/collect payments from clients or vendors as instructed. Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts and reporting to Head Office. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements when handling field payments. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary site records. Travel to assigned sites as required for financial supervision and reporting. Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts, preferably in field/site accounting. Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation basics. Good communication and coordination skills for vendor/client interaction. Ability to work independently, handle cash responsibly, and meet deadlines.
