Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (SDE-1 / SDE-2) to build and scale high-performance backend systems that power business-critical applications.The role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about clean backend design, scalability, and writing production-grade code using Golang or Java.You will work closely with product, frontend, and platform teams to design robust services, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver highly reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang or Java.
• Build high-performance, fault-tolerant microservices for large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Optimize services for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with databases, messaging systems, and caching layers.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong programming skills in Golang or Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems basics.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in high-scale or product-based environments
