This is an on-site role for a Telecaller located in Ghaziabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our real estate services and offerings, and addressing customer inquiries. They will collaborate with the sales team, maintain accurate records of calls and interactions, and follow up with leads to nurture client relationships successfully. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily and monthly call and sales targets, ensuring a professional and positive attitude during all interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Hindi
Customer service and telecommunication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve client concerns
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and databases for maintaining accurate records
Proactive approach, organizational skills, and time-management abilities for handling multiple calls and tasks efficiently
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
