Female Social Media & Promotions Coordinator | URO VENEER WORLD

URO VENEER WORLD is seeking a dynamic, articulate, and well-organized Female Social Media & Promotions Coordinator to oversee and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and offline promotional channels. The ideal candidate must bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent execution of our brand vision. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with external creative and ad agencies to develop, plan, and implement digital content across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate execution of content calendars in line with marketing strategy and seasonal business priorities. Monitor, manage, and respond to daily IVR and inquiry calls generated through social media campaigns and customer engagements. Liaise with internal teams and vendors to execute offline marketing activations , including event setups, retail promotions, and branding initiatives. Provide periodic analytics and reporting on campaign performance. Manage ad placements and budgeting across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Console . Maintain a working knowledge of SEO basics to ensure discoverability of campaigns and digital content. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the leadership team. Candidate Profile Only Female Candidates will be considered for this role. Must be fluent and articulate in English —both spoken and written. Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and media planning is essential. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
