Key Responsibilities:(Female Sales Manager)

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Oversee negotiations and close high-value property deals.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in handling luxury and commercial properties is a plus.
• Candidate should be bold and confident.
