Role & responsibilities The Job responsibilities are as follows. Responsible for the Branch's profitability by increasing the number of enrolments. Counseling students about various courses, events, contests, and various other things which the MAAC brand offers, student follow-ups, and generating revenue based on student enrolments. Handling the team and looking toward the end-to-end process. Generate leads from various sources. Smooth conduct of training for students. Taking care of student placements. Preparing monthly / quarterly business plan to achieve the desired target. Generating various reports about the Center to keep a check. Business Development with new Marketing Strategies for different segments to achieve better results, develop different sales strategies for enquiries as well as working professionals. Handling Digital Marketing activities like email campaigns, active participation in social media for generating new business. Interacting with colleges and corporate for various training sessions and tie-ups for business promotions. Conducting Seminars in schools, colleges, etc open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships). Converting leads into admissions. Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis. Preferred candidate profile Experience in consultative sales profile. Self-motivator & Drive to work. Should come up with ideas to generate leads and conversions. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Prefer experience either in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training / Timesharing. Good written and verbal communication skills Should be able to learn/work on Software / Technology used in Company for lead and process management such as CRM's, LMS etc.
