As a Female Sales Manager for Luxury Residential Projects, you will be responsible for handling HNI clients and driving sales for luxury projects. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of luxury projects sales, convincing and negotiation skills, and deal closing abilities to achieve sales targets and revenues. You will also be required to develop marketing strategies to drive sales growth. One of your key responsibilities will be taking prospects for site visits in residential projects and addressing all relevant queries during the process. Additionally, you will need to follow up with booked clients, ensure the collection of booking amounts, and maintain a positive relationship with them to generate referral leads. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to engage effectively with clients. This position is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
