You should possess in-depth knowledge of luxury projects sales and have the ability to effectively persuade and negotiate deals to achieve sales growth. Your role involves creating marketing strategies to meet sales targets and revenues. You will be required to accompany potential buyers on site visits, address their queries, and ensure successful closure of deals by collecting booking amounts. As a Sales Manager, it is crucial to maintain strong relationships with booked clients, provide excellent customer service, and leverage these relationships to generate referral leads. Your communication skills should be top-notch, and you should exude a pleasant personality to engage with clients effectively.
