We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and confident Female Sales Associate to drive B2B sales of our smart monitoring solutions to manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B clients in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Present and promote our smart monitoring solutions (flow, power, pressure, dew point sensors & analytics).
• Conduct product demos, client meetings, and follow-ups with excellent communication and confidence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured and strategic approach.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and customer documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate with 1–4 years B2B sales experience (industrial / technical sales preferred).
• Excellent fluency in English – spoken, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong confidence, grooming, and professional communication.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to clients.
• Willingness to travel for client visits within Tamil Nadu (as required).
• Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
