Role Overview: As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing the onboarding of new employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling employee inquiries, assisting with performance management, and potentially supporting employee relations processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing new employee onboarding. - Handle employee inquiries and provide support in performance management. - Support employee relations processes as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong command of the English language. - Availability for day and morning shifts. - Previous experience in HR functions is a plus.
