Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine & social media
Screening resumes and conducting
telephonic HR screenings
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Maintaining
calling sheets, trackers, and ATS data
Posting job requirements on job portals and social platforms
Following up with candidates till
joining
Supporting onboarding and basic HR operations

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English & regional language)
Interest in
HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email drafting
Target-oriented and proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only
Final-year graduation students (any stream)
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates interested in long-term HR careers
