Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Steward to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service areas, including tables, counters, and bars.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests, maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and courteously.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
