Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an F&B Service Associate. The F&B Service Associate will be responsible for managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. The associate will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide recommendations, and ensure a welcoming environment.
