Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Daily operations: Oversee daily food and beverage activities across all service areas, such as restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Staff management: Recruit, train, and schedule staff, and manage their performance to ensure high service standards.
  • Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet profitability goals.
  • Customer service: Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints and maintaining high standards for service and quality.
  • Inventory and purchasing: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Menu development: Collaborate with chefs to design and implement menus that align with business goals and customer preferences.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Event coordination: Plan and coordinate special functions and events to ensure they run smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
