Job Description

  • Operational Management:Supervising daily food and beverage operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Menu Management:Developing and implementing menus in collaboration with chefs, considering factors like cost, quality, and customer preferences.
  • Inventory and Purchasing:Managing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and negotiating with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels and quality.
  • Financial Management:Monitoring revenues and expenses, managing budgets, and analyzing financial reports to ensure profitability.
  • Staff Management:Recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage staff, providing performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
