As a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or Diploma in Hotel Management (DHM) and more than 10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and ensure optimal guest satisfaction. Your key duties will include monitoring inventory levels, placing supply orders as necessary, and maintaining cost control measures. You will be expected to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports pertaining to food and beverage operations. Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations will be a top priority in this role. Collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff to design menus and daily specials will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive guest experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shifts, and the location of work will be in person.
