Job Summary

We are hiring an F&B Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our Ice Cream Parlour & Café, while also leading our team in handling Ice Cream Stall setups at marriage functions and events. A strong background in catering or event management will be a great advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ice Cream Parlour & Café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage teams for Ice Cream Stall setups during marriage functions and special events.
• Plan and coordinate catering requirements, ensuring timely setup and service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination for café and events.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
• Control costs, reduce wastage, and drive profitability.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Prior experience in F&B operations / catering / event management is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexible to travel and manage setups at event locations.
