Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Executive located in Chavakkad. The F&B Executive will be responsible for managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Duties include overseeing food preparation, maintaining inventory and supplies, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, coordinating with various departments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication and leadership to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Relevant experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is beneficial
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
