Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cafeteria operations and daily meal services
• Coordinate with food vendors to ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery
• Monitor food hygiene, safety standards, and overall cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and school policies
• Handle feedback and concerns related to food quality or service
• Maintain inventory and oversee stock control in coordination with vendors
• Support catering for school events, meetings, and special occasions
• Collaborate with admin for budget tracking and vendor evaluations
• Ensure discipline and cleanliness in dining spaces
• Assist in menu planning and nutritional compliance where needed
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 3–5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a school or institutional setting
• Knowledge of food safety norms and hygiene practices (FSSAI certification preferred)
