Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically with Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services for banquets and events.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service quality.
