Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all F&B operations in the restaurant, room service, and events
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policies
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve them professionally
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage cost control
• Assist in staff training and daily briefings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B service or supervisory role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management is preferred
