F&B Executive

The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating between the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service and addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and train F&B staff in service standards, grooming, and guest handling.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist in preparing staff rosters and managing attendance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service and smooth communication.
• Support the F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Ensure proper setup of dining areas for daily operations and special events.
• Assist in inventory control, stock management, and requisition of supplies.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards, POS systems, and inventory management.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
