Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant’s food and beverage service. This role ensures high-quality customer service, smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff, and adherence to company standards and hygiene protocols. The F&B Executive also assists in staff supervision, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support F&B service staff during shifts.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee daily cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock ordering and control.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow and menu execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing procedures.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
