Job Description

Position Overview The F&B Business Development & Operations Manager will be responsible for expanding the franchise network, driving sales growth, managing store operations, and improving brand visibility across both offline and online platforms. The role demands expertise in franchise development, online aggregator (Swiggy/Zomato) account management, inventory oversight, and sales strategy execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Franchise & Business Development Identify potential locations/partners for F&B store franchise development. Handle franchise onboarding, agreements, and support systems. Drive expansion strategy aligned with company goals. 2. Store Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day management of multiple stores. Implement inventory control systems to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with brand standards. 3.Sales Growth & Planning Create and execute sales increase plans for each store. Track sales targets, develop profitability improvement strategies, and optimize pricing/discounts. Work closely with store teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4.Online Sales & Aggregator Platforms Manage accounts on Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms. Optimize menu listings, pricing, offers, and campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion. Handle customer ratings, reviews, and online order performance improvement. 5.Marketing & Strategy Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to increase footfall and online orders. Develop strategies for sales improvement, including loyalty programs, combos, and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team for social media, influencer tie-ups, and local promotions. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in F&B operations, sales, or franchise development. Strong knowledge of Swiggy, Zomato, and online delivery platforms. Experience in inventory management and cost optimization. Sales-driven mindset with ability to develop and implement growth strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Business Management / Hotel Management / Marketing preferred.
