Fashion Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Paid)

Salary: ₹15,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fashion Operations Assistant to join our team at Shop&Yours, a growing fashion brand.

It mainly involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth order flow and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Packaging: Pack customer orders neatly and ensure items are shipped safely.
• Dispatch Coordination: Work with delivery partners for timely dispatch and track shipments.
• Product Labelling: Tag and label new products before they are stocked or dispatched.
• Quality Check (QC): Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Customer Calls: Contact customers when required for order or address confirmations.
• Office Assistance: Support with daily operational and administrative work as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with hands-on operational and warehouse work
• Basic understanding of garments, fashion products, and handling procedures
• Proficient in

  Excel

  and familiar with

  inventory

  and

  logistics platforms.

• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Graduate

  with

  1–4 years of experience

  in operations, fashion, or a related field
• Based in

  Gurgaon

  and available for

  full-time, in office work
