Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with expertise in fabrics, design, and garment production. The candidate should have hands-on experience in fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing, along with a strong understanding of current and upcoming fashion trends. The role also requires R&D skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, seasonal styles, and upcoming design inspirations.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and accessories for collections.
• Create design sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations.
• Develop patterns, supervise cutting, stitching, and finishing of garments.
• Work closely with tailors, craftsmen, and production teams for execution.
• Ensure high-quality standards in fitting, detailing, and finishing.
• Innovate and design costumes for fashion shows, events, and brand campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with fashion forecasting, R&D, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with creative, styling, and photography teams for shoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, cutting, and stitching techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to innovate.
• Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
