Fashion Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and understand customer preferences with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide expert guidance on jewellery styling — matching pieces with outfits, occasions, and individual style.
• Assist clients in selecting jewellery, explaining features, pricing, and customization options.
• Deliver a smooth and personalized shopping experience from selection to billing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain updated knowledge of jewellery collections, new launches, and styling trends.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure high store upkeep standards.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and client appointments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and passion for luxury jewellery.
• Experience in Luxury Retail / Fashion / Hospitality / Lifestyle brands preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Proactive, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable working weekends, festivals, and peak retail days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, Business, or related fields is an added advantage.
