Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with styling guidance based on their preferences, body type, and current trends.

• Curate complete looks and product combinations to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with fashion trends, brand guidelines, fabrics, fits, and product features.

• Provide personalized wardrobe advice and upsell relevant accessories or complementary products.

• Maintain the visual appeal of the storemerchandising, display upkeep, mannequin styling.

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure seamless customer service.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through effective styling and product knowledge.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Ensure brand standards, grooming, and presentation are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant / Stylist / Fashion Advisor (Retail preferred).

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing, Fashion Styling, or related field (preferred).

• Strong sense of fashion, current trends, and customer preferences.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to create style guides and suggest coordinated outfits.

• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of color theory, silhouette balancing, and wardrobe building.

• Knowledge of luxury and premium retail etiquette.

• Experience with visual merchandising.
