Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking* Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews* Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates & hiring managers* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
