Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized styling advice and guidance to clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending suitable outfits and footwear, offering expert opinions on trends, and assisting with bespoke customization services. The role also includes developing strong client relationships, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, product knowledge, and the ability to provide expert fashion consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Customer service expertise and a commitment to delivering a personalized client experience
• Sales skills, including the ability to understand client needs, upsell products, and achieve sales targets
• Prior experience in luxury retail or menswear is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for fashion and styling
