To excel in this role, you should possess product knowledge and fashion consulting skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, sales experience, a strong understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in a fashion retail setting would be a bonus.
