Role Overview: As a Digital Fashion Advisor at Mulmul, you will play a crucial role in providing expert fashion advice, driving sales conversions, building strong client relationships, and staying updated on the latest fashion trends. Key Responsibilities: - Offer expert fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends to clients. - Drive sales conversions by recommending products that align with client needs and brand promotions. - Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat engagement and loyalty. - Track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for effective follow-ups. - Achieve individual styling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention. - Stay updated on the latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends to provide up-to-date fashion advice.
