Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, fashion-forward, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for style, an eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers express their individuality through fashion. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Styling:

 Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming store

environment.

 Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe consultations based on customer

preferences, body type, and current fashion trends.

 Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

 Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, collections, and brand offerings to

confidently guide customers in their shopping journey.

Sales & Store Operations:

 Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer

engagement and product knowledge.

 Support day-to-day store operations, including stock replenishment, visual

merchandising, and inventory management.

 Ensure all displays and product presentations reflect the brand’s image and seasonal

themes.

 Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Teamwork & Brand Representation:

 Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a seamless

customer experience.

 Represent the brand with professionalism and a keen sense of fashion awareness.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in retail, fashion consulting, or a related customer service role.

 Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude.

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
