Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will provide personalized styling assistance to customers, understand their preferences, and recommend outfits and accessories accordingly. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, keeping up with current fashion trends, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales to meet targets. The consultant will be required to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Sales and customer service skills with a client-centric approach
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards
• Passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to delivering superior customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment
• Previous retail or fashion consultancy experience is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Hindi, is advantageous
