Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our Mohali store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, skilled in building customer relationships, and driven to achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our luxury range.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations.

Store Presentation

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld (product displays, cleanliness, stock arrangement).
• Keep the store well-organized and inviting at all times.

Customer Relationship Building

• Follow up with customers to build long-term loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers.

Teamwork & Store Operations

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Support opening and closing procedures when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years in retail sales (luxury/fashion retail preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
