Failure Analysis Professionals

• Perform

  failure analysis (FA)

  on software, hardware, or system-level issues to determine root causes of production defects or field failures.
• Use

  analytical tools and techniques

  (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, RCA) to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  including design, manufacturing, QA, and support to identify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Document failure analysis findings, prepare

  technical reports

• Implement and improve

  failure analysis processes

• Hands-on experience with

• Familiarity with
