• Strategic Workforce Planning:

• Collaborate with academic leadership to forecast faculty requirements for all streams.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with accreditation norms (

  NMC, INC, UGC, AICTE

  ).

• Talent Acquisition:

• Source faculty for Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Lecturers across disciplines/campus locations.
• Drive international faculty hiring for global programs at Apollo University.
• Build partnerships with academic networks, professional bodies, and global talent pools.

• Process Management:

• Implement structured recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and credential verification.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and institutional guidelines during selection and onboarding.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with Deans, Department Heads, and HR teams to align recruitment timelines with academic calendars.
• Coordinate with immigration and compliance teams for overseas faculty onboarding.

• Data & Reporting:

• Maintain dashboards for recruitment status, turnaround time, and pipeline health.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress and challenges.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong understanding of academic recruitment across

  Medical, Allied Health,

  Software Engineering, and Management education

  .
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills in the education sector.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Proficiency in HR systems and recruitment tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Masters degree in HR, Education Management, or related field.
• 8 -10 years of experience in faculty recruitment or academic HR roles, preferably in

  multi-disciplinary institutions
