About the Role:

Head of Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership and vision for professional certification programs
Design curriculum plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies
Lead and mentor a team of faculty members, trainers, and content developers
Monitor academic quality and ensure exceptional learner outcomes
Deliver lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, and live webinars as required
Review and improve course materials based on industry trends and student feedback
Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, sales, support) to ensure aligned delivery
Stay updated on exam patterns, syllabus changes, and regulatory updates

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of teaching or academic management experience
Must hold at least one certification:
ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and pedagogy
Proficiency in using digital learning platforms or LMS systems
Ability to inspire and guide a diverse group of learners
