Train learners in: Aptitude Skills (Quant, Logical & Verbal Reasoning) Java Full Stack (Core Java, JSP/Servlets, Spring Boot, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Software Development Concepts (SDLC, OOPs, Version Control, Debugging)
Conduct
resume-building workshops, mock interviews & job portal guidance

Track learner
performance, attendance & engagement
.
Ensure
timely completion
of training modules with
80%+ positive feedback
.
Motivate learners & maintain
dropouts below 20%
.
Collaborate with Placement Managers to help learners in job applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors in
Computer Science / Engineering
(or related field).
2+ years experience
in technical or aptitude training.
Strong knowledge of
Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Spring Boot
.
Excellent
communication & mentoring
skills.
Comfortable in
classroom & virtual training
environments.
Prior
EdTech / skill development training
experience preferred.
