Java Full Stack Trainer

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Java Full Stack Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in mentoring aspiring developers and helping them master the latest Java Full Stack technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive in-office training sessions on Java Full Stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. Additionally, you will be developing and delivering structured training modules, providing hands-on coding sessions, real-world project guidance, and troubleshooting support. Your role will also involve creating and managing training materials, assignments, and coding exercises to enhance learning outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive in-office training sessions on Java Full Stack development - Develop and deliver structured training modules on UI & Scripting Technology, Java Programming, Frameworks, Microservices Architecture, Databases, Version Control & CI/CD, Cloud Deployment, Testing and Debugging, Agile Development, and Project Ideation - Provide hands-on coding sessions, real-world project guidance, and troubleshooting support - Create and manage training materials, assignments, and coding exercises - Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the training content **Qualification Required:** - Strong expertise in Java Full Stack development including Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular/React - Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Database Management (MySQL, MongoDB) - Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) - Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively,
