Job Description As a Java Full Stack Trainer at SOTT, your role will involve delivering comprehensive online and offline training sessions to students in Chennai. You will have the flexibility to work part-time from home while ensuring the development of curriculum content, conducting assessments, and providing valuable feedback to the learners. Collaboration with fellow instructors and the management team will be essential to enhance the overall learning experience. Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging online and offline training sessions on Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React - Develop curriculum content to meet the educational needs of the students - Conduct assessments to evaluate the progress of the learners - Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills - Collaborate with other instructors and management to enhance the learning environment Qualifications - Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React - Ability to create and deliver training materials effectively both online and offline - Strong skills in designing, developing, and deploying web applications - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle - Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional or similar are considered a plus,
