Role Description

This is a contract role for a PMO Trainer. The PMO Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs related to program management, project management, and budgeting. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback. This is a hybrid role located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and program management experience
• Project management skills, including budgeting
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in hybrid training environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
