Factory supervisor

Position Summary: The Factory Supervisor oversees daily production activities, ensures smooth workflow, and leads a team to achieve high-quality output. This role focuses on efficiency, safety, and maintaining top production standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks to meet targets. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment. Train and motivate workers to improve performance and productivity. Inspect machinery, coordinate with maintenance teams, and report issues. Track production records, prepare daily reports, and update management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards. Resolve workflow delays and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and team-management skills. Good knowledge of production processes and safety practices. Ability to solve problems quickly and make confident decisions. Basic computer skills; ability to handle reports and documentation. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
