Sales Representative

You will be joining our pharmaceutical distribution team as a Medicine Wholesale Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to wholesale buyers, pharmacies, hospitals, and medical institutions. Building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive sales and increase market share, will be crucial aspects of your role. Please note that this position is only open to local candidates. Your key responsibilities will include promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, retailers, clinics, and hospitals. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, devise sales strategies to meet or surpass targets, and visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and offer appropriate product solutions. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, order statuses, and delivery schedules, negotiate prices and terms with clients, and prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback. Keeping abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes is essential, along with collaborating with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in wholesale. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics is required, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is expected, and you should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently are also necessary for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for fresher candidates to apply.
