• We are seeking a hands-on and technically skilled

  Factory Supervisor

  to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in machinery maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met.
• Oversee a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery.
• Perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inventory, and production performance.
• Enforce company policies and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and fix machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
