Factory Manager

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily factory operations from

    8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Ensure timely production and dispatch to meet client requirements
  • Manage, train, and grow the production team
  • Maintain quality and production efficiency at scale
  • Solve day-to-day operational challenges with a proactive approach
